Mike Mainwaring appointed as new Director Baoli Sales & Service UK & Ireland

Milano, April 17, 2025 – We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Mainwaring as the new Director of Sales & Service in UK and Ireland.

Mike Mainwaring brings extensive experience in the forklift and material handling industry. His career spans several years, during which he has held leadership roles in rental, used equipment, and asset management. Most recently lead the operational asset lifecycle management group for the KION Group across EMEA.

In his new role, Mike will be pivotal in driving the brand’s sales strategy in UK and Ireland increasing order intake, growing the market share, and developing Baoli’s distribution network.

Mike Mainwaring's background and experience

Mike’s professional journey began in food retail as a department manager, and finally, he became the regional training manager for all new management appointments. This was followed by key positions in logistics within Ikea working on global logistics projects. He held roles such as senior manager rental, used and asset management overseeing asset life cycle management and business transformation. He has demonstrated a strong ability to initiate change, drive growth initiatives, and optimize sales and service operations. His expertise includes business transformation, customer journey process optimization, and relationship management.
