Manoeuvrable and powerful
The new high lift trucks come with a load capacity of 1.2 t and a maximum lift height of up to 3,600 mm. Their forks are available with an overall width of 570 mm or 685 mm for different load unit standards. The new high-lift trucks feature a four-wheel chassis for extra stability. With this equipment, the trucks of the KBS 12 family are particularly suitable for transporting goods in the warehouse, for stacking pallets, but also for order picking at low level. Thanks to their particularly compact dimensions, the stackers can even be used in very narrow work areas or confined spaces.
Ergonomic design
The trucks are operated via an ergonomically designed tiller arm, which allows all travel and lift functions to be controlled with both hands. This allows the truck to be controlled in a very ergonomic and effortless way, which significantly reduces the strain on the operator during his work. In addition, the extended tiller arm keeps operators at a safe distance from the vehicle. This increases the visibility when moving goods by reducing the risk of injuries at the same time.
The multifunction display on the tiller provides a convenient overview of the current vehicle status. It shows the operating hours, the battery charge status and provides service information. The integrated pin code access protects against unauthorised use and prevents the loss of keys.
Three different models
KBS 12 series vehicles are offered as KBS 12, KBSI 12 and KBSM 12. For greater ground clearance and optimised handling on slightly uneven ground, the KBSI 12 has an initial lift function that raises the fork arms via an operating function. Thanks to this system, the stacker can also pick up a second pallet. This significantly increases the efficiency of warehouse operations. The KBSM 12, on the other hand, has a mono-lift mast that provides an even better view of the forks and load compared to the traditional lifting mast fitted on the KBS 12. Transporting goods or stacking pallets is noticeably easier thanks to the optimised visibility. KBSM 12 is also suitable for low-level order picking because mast profiles do not interfere during picking.
Power supply
Baoli has also broken new ground in terms of power supply with the current generation of high-lift pallet trucks. For example, the KBS 12 is the first Baoli stacker to be equipped with a maintenance-free lithium-ion battery as standard. These batteries and the charger installed in the truck allow intermediate charging to be carried out very easily at any 230 Volt socket. This ensures high availability and flexibility in daily use.
