The KBE 40–50H is a robust range of electric forklifts designed for demanding material handling applications, combining reliability with operator comfort.

With load capacities from 4 to 5 tonnes and lifting heights up to 6,7 metres, these trucks are ideal for handling heavy loads in industrial, warehousing and logistics environments. The KBE 50H version, with a capacity of 5 tonnes at a 600 mm load centre, is also available for handling larger and bulkier loads.

Powered by an 80 V lead-acid battery and equipped with AC drive and lift motors, the KBE 40–50H ensures performance, smooth handling and maintenance-free motor operation. The two drive motors improve manoeuvrability by reducing the turning radius, while providing travel speeds of up to 18 km/h and excellent gradeability.

The trucks are engineered for durability and low operating costs. The 8-roller fork carriage enhances mast stability and reduces wear, while wet brakes guarantee long service intervals thanks to their oil-cooled design. The robust construction ensures reliable operation even in intensive applications.

A strong focus is placed on safety and operator comfort. The electric parking brake with automatic engagement, speed reduction functions and the ergonomic driver compartment improve safety and ease of use. The operator benefits from side-mounted hydraulic levers, a comfortable seat and a clear display showing all key information.

The KBE 40–50H also offers high flexibility, with various mast configurations, fork options and cabin solutions, including half or full cabins to suit different working conditions.
